J Ammani

My name is J Ammani and I work out of this area by the Hyderabad GPO. Living and working in Hyderabad 500001 is something I have done for years, so I am very used to the pace of things here. My office is a small room with a window that looks out onto a side street. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for me and the few things I need to keep the day running. I usually spend my time at my desk, which is a bit cluttered with notebooks and old pens. The walls are painted a light blue that has faded over time, and I have a small calendar hanging near the door to keep track of the weeks. I don't really have a big staff or anything, just me and occasionally someone who helps with the errands. Most of my day is spent talking to people on the phone or meeting with people who drop by for a quick chat about their needs. We often hear the sounds of the city, like the horns and the people talking loudly as they walk past to the post office. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always something to look at if I take a break. I like the independence of working here and the fact that I am close to everything I need in the city center.
