Indur Dichaplly Farmers Producer Companylimited is based in a small place called Nadipally, which is in the Dichpally area of Nizamabad. Our office is at 5-90/84/2. We are a group of farmers who decided to get together to make things a little easier for everyone involved. It’s hard doing everything on your own, so having this company helps us stay organized with the supplies. Nizamabad is a good place for farming, but it still takes a lot of effort every single day. We meet up at the Nadipally office to talk about the seeds, the weather, and what the market is doing lately. It’s a very local thing, with most of us living just a short way from the office building. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just 5-90/84/2, a plain building where we keep our records and have our morning meetings. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary talk. The name Indur Dichaplly is important to us because it shows where we come from. We’ve all been working the land around here for years, so we know the soil pretty well by now. It’s not an easy life, but it’s what we know. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the work, and hope for a decent harvest at the end of the season.
