If you’re looking for us, we are at Shop No. 3, H. No. 4-4-494 & 495 in Kandaswamy Lane. Being in Sultan Bazar near Koti means it is always loud outside with traffic and people shouting. Our little office is where we try to make sense of travel schedules and bookings. Impact Holiday Packagers isn't some big corporate setup with hundreds of employees. It’s just us sitting at desks, surrounded by stacks of papers, brochures, and a phone that doesn’t seem to stop ringing. We spend hours looking at maps and talking to people about where they want to go for their breaks. Koti is such a busy hub that there is always a lot of energy just outside the door, which can be distracting when you’re trying to double-check a ticket. We deal with a lot of different details like hotel names and bus timings, trying to make sure everything lines up. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone sorting it out. We don’t use any fancy language here; we just tell people what is available and what it will cost. It’s a lot of coordinating and writing things down in ledgers. By the time we close up the shop in Sultan Bazar, our eyes are usually tired from looking at the screens, but that’s just how the work goes. We just take things one traveler at a time.
