We operate out of Mustafatowers, which is at 11-4-658 in the Lakdikapool area. If you’ve been to Lakdikapool, you know it’s a very busy junction with lots of offices and traffic. Our travel agency is one of those small offices you find in these big buildings. We spend our time booking tickets and helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly sitting at the computer, checking flight schedules and prices. People come in looking for a way to get to another city or sometimes even another country for work or family. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a couple of desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of calendars and maps on the walls. We handle the visas and the passport stuff that people find confusing. It’s a lot of detail work, making sure the names are spelled right and the dates are correct. Sometimes the internet is slow or the systems are down, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We’ve been in Lakdikapool for a while now, so we know the regulars who travel often for business. We try to be helpful and straightforward. If a flight is full, it’s full. We don't try to sell you things you don't need. It’s just about getting you from point A to point B. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, but we just keep at it, one booking at a time.
