You can find Al-Hira Tours Travels on the ground floor of the Synosoft Building. We’re in Masab Tank Road, which is a pretty crowded part of Lakdikapul in Hyderabad. The office is usually full of papers, passports, and people asking about bus timings or flights. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lot of decorations. Most of the furniture has been here since we opened. We spend our days on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to find routes that make sense. Hyderabad traffic can be a nightmare, so sometimes people arrive late for their appointments, and we just deal with it. We aren't a huge multinational agency. We’re just a few people trying to help others get from one place to another without too many problems. We talk to a lot of families and workers who are planning trips. It gets a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons, and the tea guy comes by every hour to keep us going. We’ve been at 6-2-39 for quite a while now. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we're here on the ground floor. We try to be honest about prices and what's available. It’s a simple business, really, and we like the fast pace of the Lakdikapul area and the people who visit us.
