2 Way Travels

We are based in Himayathnagar, specifically in room 201 at Pavani Estates. It’s a decent building and we’ve been here for a while now. At 2 Way Travels, we spend most of our time on the phones or looking at screens trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s a lot of checking schedules and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. The office is usually a bit noisy with the phones ringing and people talking over each other to get things sorted. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Himayathnagar is a busy part of the city so there is always traffic noise coming up from the street but we don't really notice it much anymore. Sometimes people drop by the office to talk about their plans and we sit down with some water and try to map things out. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations in here. It’s just a place to work. We try to keep things simple because travel can get complicated enough as it is. We’ve learned that things don't always go according to plan, like when a flight is late or a road is closed, so we spend a lot of time just fixing those little problems as they pop up. It’s a lot of coordination and we just do our best to keep everything moving along smoothly. People seem to appreciate that we actually pick up the phone when they call.
