Iksha Agro Products Private Limited is based out of Flat No-107 in the Sri Tirumala building. It is part of Cyber Residency in Kondapur. Being in a flat means it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have our setup in the rooms there. Kondapur is always growing, and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with agro products, which keeps us pretty occupied. There is no big reception desk here. You just walk in and we are all there working. The residency is a nice enough place. We like the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking on shipments. It’s simple work but it takes time. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and some notes. Sentence lengths vary because that’s how I talk. We are just a small team. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just Flat 107. We’ve been doing this for a bit now. Iksha Agro Products is what it says on the paperwork. In reality, it’s just us trying to keep the business going without too much fuss. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. If the work gets done, we are happy. That is how we run things here in Kondapur. It might not be fancy, but it is real and it works for us.
