Our place is in the Shakti Sai Complex, over on Red Rose Palace Street. The address is 5-9-93 4/7. We’re right beside Udai Clinic and just behind the Hajj House. It’s a very busy part of Nampally. We do international tours and travel bookings from this small office. It’s a bit of a maze in the building sometimes, but people find us. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, making sure people get their tickets and their visas handled. Being near the Hajj House means we see a lot of people passing by. It’s a lively spot to be in. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with it. No flashy advertisements or anything like that. We think it’s better to just be honest and do the job right. Sometimes we’re drinking tea and chatting with someone who just walked in. That’s how we like to run things. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. Nampally is a great place to work because everything is so close. We’ve been here long enough that the shop feels like a second home. We just handle the travel stuff so people don’t have to worry about the small details themselves. It is just a matter of checking dates and prices until something fits what the person wants.
