Hydrise Cuisine Private Limited

Our office is on the ground floor of Siddart Heights, which is 77/B in Vengal Rao Nagar. Being in SR Nagar means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses and a ton of people moving around. Hydrise Cuisine is run by a small group of us who just enjoy the food business. We spend a lot of time in the back working on recipes or figuring out the supply chain for our ingredients. The ground floor spot is handy because we don’t have to lug heavy crates up any stairs. It can get a bit humid in Hyderabad, so we keep the fans going all day long to stay comfortable while we work. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant; we just want to run a decent place where the work is honest. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how things go when you are running a private company like this. Our neighbors at Siddart Heights are good people and we often chat with them during our breaks. It is a busy life but we like being in this part of the city where everything feels alive. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
