Our office is sitting right on the third floor of PVK-Residency, which is on Road No 3 in Banjara Hills. We’ve been at flat number 302 for a good while now. If you are trying to find us, just look for the Times of India building across the street in Journalist Colony. It’s a pretty easy landmark for most people around here. Inside, it’s mostly just a few of us working on various architectural drawings and planning layouts for local projects. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep our heads down and get the work done. The desks are usually piled high with site plans and rolls of paper. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually just hear about us or walk in because they saw the sign while heading down Road No 3. The traffic outside can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening, but it’s a good spot to be in the middle of things. We handle all the planning work and architectural details ourselves. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with clients about their building ideas or figuring out the technical stuff on the computer. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't really go for all those polished corporate vibes. We just like to focus on the actual drawings and making sure the measurements are right for the builders. It keeps the day busy and there is always something to draw.
