Growhere Agri Solutions Private Limited operates out of Villa No 206 in the Aparna Palm Meadows complex. This is located in Kompally, Hyderabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main city parts. Working out of a villa gives us a different feel than a typical office building. We deal with agri solutions from here. The surroundings are green and there is plenty of space to think. Kompally has grown a lot lately, but our little corner remains pretty calm. We don't have a big staff, just a core group that handles everything. Most days involve a lot of planning and looking over data related to agriculture. We chose this spot because it’s a bit more relaxed. Visitors sometimes get a little confused trying to find the right villa number in the colony, but once they see 206, they know they’re in the right place. We aren't doing anything too flashy. The focus is just on the work and making sure our solutions actually make sense for the people using them. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy boardrooms, just a dining table that we use for meetings and some desks scattered around. It’s a comfortable way to work. We like the community vibe of Aparna Palm Meadows. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs well.
