Gentech Agro Solutions Private Limited is located out in Koheda Village, near the Hayathanagar and Sanghinagar areas of Rangareddy. We are at Plot No. 7 on Survey Number 28. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Hyderabad, but being out here makes sense for an agro business. We handle a lot of the technical side of farming solutions. It’s a mix of office work and being out in the warehouse. The building isn't very old, but it already has that lived-in look with stacks of files and equipment everywhere. We have a small team of people who actually know about soil and plants, not just sales. We spend our days answering phones and trying to figure out the best way to help local farmers with their technical problems. It gets pretty dusty out here during the summer months, but we don't mind it much. We aren't the type of company to put out big advertisements or use corporate slogans. We just focus on the task at hand. If a farmer has a problem with their yield, we try to look at the data and see what’s going wrong. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We’ve been at this for a while now and just keep things moving one day at a time. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the hours and hope for the best for the harvest.
