Our shop is number 16 on the 2nd floor of Indralok Complex. It’s right there in Reddy Hostel Lane in Abids. Jaya International Hotel is next door, which makes it easier for people to find us if they aren't familiar with the lane. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the complex sometimes, especially when it’s busy. We just do travel solutions here. People come in needing tickets or help with their travel plans, and we sit down and figure it out with them. It’s nothing fancy. Just a few chairs and a computer. We’ve been in Abids for a while now. The lane gets pretty packed with bikes and people, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't use big words or try to sell things people don't need. It’s just about getting the travel details right. If someone needs to go somewhere, they come talk to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our little shop stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. It’s a practical place for practical people. No need for anything over the top. We just handle the paperwork and the booking side of things. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get it done eventually. It’s a local business and we know the people around here. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it.
