Frq Architects & Planners

We have been running Frq Architects & Planners from this spot in Mehdipatnam for a while now. Most people know the area because of Pillar 54 on the main road. If you take the lane right next to the temple, you will find us pretty easily. We are also close to the Kidzee School, so there is always a bit of noise from the kids during the day. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, but we like it here. Inside the office, it is mostly just us working on different building plans and layout drawings. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to people about how they want their houses to look. It is not a very big or fancy place, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially near the pillar, but that is just how Mehdipatnam is. We have a few desks and some drawing boards set up. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask questions about construction or how to get a plan approved. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about making sure the measurements are right and the rooms are in the right place. We stay busy with the local projects around this part of the city. Being near the temple makes it easy for clients to find us without needing a map or directions.
