We set up Fasal Jeevamithra Farmers Producer Company Limited right here in Mucharlapally village. It is a quiet place in Urukonda Mdl, part of the Nagarkurnool district. Our office is just at H.No.4-52. A few of us from the local area decided to get together because it makes more sense for farmers to work as a group. We spend most of our days talking to people from the nearby fields. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we just keep going. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. We mostly have some chairs and old desks where we sit and figure out how to handle our produce and supplies. People come by during the day to ask questions or just to see what is happening with the season's crops. Nagarkurnool is where we are from, so we know the soil here pretty well. We don't have some big corporate plan. It is just about making sure things move along for the farmers in the village. We handle the paperwork and try to keep things organized so it isn't so chaotic when harvest time comes. Living and working in the same village means you see everyone at the market or the bus stop anyway. It is practical work, nothing too complicated, just trying to make the farming life a bit more stable for everyone involved here at Mucharlapally.
