Fabiha Fashion Studio

We have our studio at 8-2-686/8/4 in Sai Enclave. It’s tucked away on Road no. 12 in Banjara Hills, just past that lane where DC Cars is. It’s a bit hidden, which is actually kind of nice because it stays quiet. We started this studio because we wanted a place to design and make clothes without a lot of distractions. The space is filled with sewing machines and rolls of fabric. There’s always thread on the floor no matter how much we sweep. It’s a working studio, so it doesn't always look like those fancy boutiques you see in magazines. We spend our days cutting patterns and trying out different styles. Sometimes things don't turn out right and we have to start over. It’s just part of the process. A couple of us work here together, and we usually have a tea break around four o’clock. We don’t really do big marketing stuff. Most people hear about us from their friends or neighbors. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s where all the actual work happens. We try to keep things moving along. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually busy with something. We like the feeling of finishing a piece after working on it for a few days. It is just our little workspace in the city.
