You can find Erose Hair Cutting & Saloon at Shop No-5 in Pragati Chambers. We are located in the Skyline Theatre Lane in Basheer Bagh, which is a really busy part of Hyderabad. Being right beside the Deccan Chronicle building and near the Hanuman Temple means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. Our saloon is a straightforward place for men to get their hair cut or a shave. It’s not the kind of place with soft music and scented candles. It’s more about the sound of clippers and the local news playing on a small TV in the corner. We have a few chairs and they are usually full, especially in the mornings before people go to their offices. The lane can get pretty crowded with bikes and people walking, so it feels very much like the heart of the city. We’ve been in this spot for years and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we do. Our tools are well-used but kept in good shape. It is a bit dusty outside because of the traffic, but we try to keep the inside clean. It’s a place for a quick trim and a bit of a chat about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We are just a local shop trying to do right by the people who live and work in Basheer Bagh. It is simple work but we like it.
