Padmaniha Exim Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Kapra, at Plot No. 1-1-29/324 in Jai Jawan Colony. Being near the ECIL Post makes things a bit easier for us when we have to deal with mail or local deliveries. Our office is a simple place where we manage the various sides of our export-import business. It isn't a high-rise building or anything corporate-looking. It’s more of a local spot where the staff knows each other well and we don't bother with suits or formal meetings. Most of our time is taken up by coordinating with suppliers and checking on the status of our goods. The colony is relatively quiet compared to the center of Hyderabad, which is nice when you need to focus on complex shipping documents. We have been operating from this location for some time, and we have grown used to the pace of life in this part of town. There is always a lot of work to do, but we take it one day at a time. We don't have a big mission statement or fancy marketing. We just focus on the actual work of moving goods and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that is just part of the job. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby and keep the office running as best as we can.
