You can find us at 16-78/1 in Krishna Nagar, which is part of the Dilsukhnagar area. It’s a crowded part of the city, but we like it here. Being in the import and export business, we spend a lot of time worrying about shipping containers and customs clearances. At Innovent Impex, the atmosphere is usually quite busy, with everyone typing away or talking to vendors. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It’s more of a working office where the focus is on the logistics of moving products. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays at the border that we have to handle. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best coffee when we need a break. Most of our work happens over email or through long phone conversations with people we might never actually meet in person. It’s an interesting way to work, honestly. We handle the paperwork side of trade, which means a lot of checking figures and making sure the addresses are right. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We’re just a local team doing our job every day. The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but we just close the windows and get back to work. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We take care of our own filing and basic chores around the office ourselves.
