We try to use a bit of modern technology to help with our traditional organic crops. Most of the time we are just out in the fields or checking things on our phones. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the books. It is often cluttered with seeds and samples. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you'll probably find us in old clothes covered in some dirt. Organic farming is a lot more work than people think. You can't just spray things and walk away. You have to watch the plants every day. We decided to do this because we wanted to go back to the old ways of growing food without all the chemicals. It’s a slow process and we don't get rich doing it. Our house is a busy place with people coming and going to talk about farming. We have a lot of meetings where we just sit on the floor and drink tea. It’s not very professional in the corporate sense, but we get the work done.
