Design Clique Architects

We are based in room 402Chandra Residency. Design Clique Architects is basically a small group of us who enjoy the process of designing buildings. It’s not always a smooth process, and we have had our fair share of long nights in the office. Chandra Residency is a decent place to work from, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. We focus on architecture and trying to make sure our designs are sensible. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we know everything. Often, we are just as much a student of the craft as we were when we started. Our workspace is usually cluttered with sketches and half-finished models. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If someone needs a house designed, we sit down with them and have a real talk about it. We try to avoid all the typical marketing fluff. It’s about the work, not the image. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that’s just part of the job. We have been here for a while and plan to stay. Most of our work comes from word of mouth from people who have seen what we do. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us. We often stay late and watch the sun go down over the residency buildings.
