Our place is located in Noori Nagar, which is part of the Bandlaguda area over in Chandrayangutta. The address is a bit long, H No 18-13-8/N/89/90/1, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to find. We handle food and dairy products here. Things move fast here because we have to keep things moving quickly. Dairy doesn't wait for anyone. We start very early in the morning, often before the sun is even up. That’s when the deliveries come in and we have to get everything sorted. The air always smells a bit like milk and cold storage. It’s a noisy place with the refrigeration units humming all the time. Deluxe Food & Dairy Product isn’t a giant factory. It’s a local operation. We have a small team of people who live nearby. We know the local shops and the families who buy from us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep things cold, which is stressful, but we’ve got backups. It’s a lot of cleaning too. You have to keep a food place clean, so we spend a lot of time with mops and buckets. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on getting the products out to the people who need them. It’s a simple life, focused on the daily routine of the dairy business. We usually wrap things up by late afternoon when the last truck leaves the gate.
