Daanish Tours & Travels

Daanish Tours & Travels is located on the first floor of the Ratan Shopping Mall Complex, specifically Shop No. 27. We are on Abids Road, tucked into Mubarak Bazaar Lane. If you see Hollywood Footwear across the street, you’re in the right place. Being in a mall complex means there’s always something happening around us. We have a small office up here. It’s away from the direct sun, which is nice in the summer. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at travel portals. We handle a bit of everything, from local trips to bigger journeys. People find their way up to the first floor and sit with us to talk about their plans. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show them what’s available on the screen and let them decide. The mall can get busy on weekends, so those are usually our busiest days. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They like that they can just come in and we know what they usually want. We keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a newspaper on the desk and maybe some empty tea cups by the end of the day. It’s just a regular office where we try to help people get where they need to go. We aren't in a rush and we take time to get the booking details right for everyone.
