Daana Farmers Network is based in MLA Colony. We have a spot at Plot No. 71 in Huda Heights, Banjara Hills. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. We are just a small network trying to help farmers get their stuff out there. The office is usually filled with the smell of coffee and a lot of chatter. We spend most of the day talking to people from all over. It’s not always easy to coordinate everything. Sometimes the logistics of moving farm goods is a real headache. We don't have a polished way of doing things. We just do what works. If a truck is stuck, we find another one. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just try to be useful. The address at 500034 is easy enough to find once you get into Huda Heights. We’ve been here for some time now. Some days are long and we stay late to finish the logs. Other days we finish early and head home. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just have our desks and our phones. It’s a lot of practical work and everyday problem-solving. That’s just how we run things at Daana. We keep it simple and just focus on the next task on the list. There is always something new to learn when you work with people from the countryside.
