Classic Ice Cream

We are over at 26-6-165/1 in Osmanpura. If you are near the Muslim Maternity Hospital in Chaderghat, you are basically right there. It is a lively area with a lot of people coming and going because of the hospital and the shops nearby. We have a small storefront that we try to keep organized. It gets pretty crowded on the sidewalk out front, especially in the evenings when the sun starts to set. Our day usually starts early, checking the temperature of the units and making sure everything survived the night. Chaderghat is a place where people look for something quick and cold when they are walking through. We don't have a lot of room for people to sit, so they usually just stand around outside for a minute or two. The walls are a bit plain, but we are more worried about the equipment than the decorations. My brother and I run the place most of the time. We don't have any big goals of opening twenty branches. We just want to keep this one running well and keep the regulars happy. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we are tired by the end of the shift. But that is just how it goes when you run your own small business. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It feels like home after all these years of serving the street.
