C-1245 - Karyotica Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Cherlapally, specifically at #65 in Phase I of the IDA. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Hyderabad city center, but we like being out here. The industrial area is quieter in some ways but busier in others depending on the time of day. Our building is a straightforward structure where we do all our biological research and production. There is a lot of specialized equipment inside that needs constant attention from the staff. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a dedicated crew that shows up every morning to run tests and package our products. Sometimes the power fluctuates in this part of town, which can be a bit of a pain when you're in the middle of something important. We have grown used to the quirks of Cherlapally over the years. The canteen nearby serves some of the best tea if you catch them at the right time in the morning. Most of our day is spent in white coats, looking at data or making sure the cultures are growing like they should. It’s quiet work, and we don't get many visitors all the way out here. We just focus on the science and getting the orders out to the people who rely on us. It’s a simple life, focused on the details of biology without any of the corporate talk you hear in the big office parks.
