Chain Herbal Beauty Parlour is tucked away in Bagh Lingampally, specifically in Block No 22 of the MIG 1 area. We are on the second flat of the building. It’s a quiet spot near the Hanuman Temple lane, which is lucky for us because it stays a bit calmer than the main roads of Hyderabad. We focus a lot on herbal stuff because that is what we know. It is a small setup, nothing like those big chains you see in the city center. We handle everything from basic hair care to skin treatments. Most of our customers are from the surrounding flats and houses in 500044. We know most of them by name by now. The shop is kept tidy, though we might have a lot of jars and bottles sitting around because of the herbal products we use. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together. People come here when they want something a bit more traditional and less rushed. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much for the older ladies, but they still make the trip. We just try to provide a decent service without making things complicated. It is just a regular life here, opening up in the morning and closing once the sun goes down. It's nothing fancy, just a local spot for people to visit.
