We are based over in Hyderabad, specifically at 23/1 & 3/2 in Kk Nagar, Habsiguda. Bhelaidiha Janabikash Farmers Producer Company Limited isn't your usual high-rise corporate office. It's more of a ground-level place where we get our hands dirty. Most days, you’ll find a few of us sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to help the local farmers we work with. The building isn't anything to look at, just a practical space for storing records and meeting people. Living in Telangana, we’re all used to the heat and the way the seasons dictate everything we do. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’d rather be out talking to the growers than sitting at a desk. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. It’s just us, doing the best we can with what we’ve got. Some days are pretty chaotic, especially when harvests are coming in and the phones won't stop ringing. We make mistakes sometimes, maybe a typo in a ledger or a late return on a call, but we always try to make it right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to be a place where farmers can come and get straight answers. It's a lot of long hours and sometimes frustrating work, but it feels good to be part of the community here in Hyderabad.
