Bheeshmaa Agrotech Private Limited

Bheeshmaa Agrotech Private Limited operates out of Flat 201 in Jayabheri Park, specifically on Plot No 103 and 104 in the Kompally area. It is a busy part of town and we are right in the middle of all the activity. We deal with agrotech, which means we spend our time thinking about how to make farming more efficient using different tools. The office in Jayabheri Park is where we do all our planning and coordination. We have a couple of rooms for our gear and a main space where we sit. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a practical flat that works for us. Kompally is a good spot because it is easy for people to reach us without the total mess of the city center. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our daily work. We just look at what farmers are struggling with and see if we can help them out. Some days we are out on various sites, and other days we are just sitting here at Plot 103 making phone calls. It is a mix of hands-on work and office management. We don't have any fancy signs or mission statements on the walls. We just want to get through the week having done a good job. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is always some paperwork or equipment to fix.
