Banjara Silk & Fabrics Boutique

Banjara Silk & Fabrics Boutique is located on Road No 10 in Banjara Hills. You can find us near Noor Nagar, right by the Cancer Hospital backside gate. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing mostly with all kinds of silks and dress materials. It is just a small place, really. We keep a lot of fabric rolls stacked up on the shelves, so it can get a bit cluttered when we are busy. People usually come in when they need something specific for a wedding or just a regular suit. My family started this because we knew a lot about textiles, and we just stayed with it. It isn’t one of those fancy showrooms with freezing air conditioning and bright lights. We just have our cloth and some space to show it to you. Most of our regular customers live nearby or they find us while they are in the area for the hospital. We spend most of our time measuring out meters of fabric and talking to the local tailors. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons, and the traffic on Road 10 can be a bit of a headache for parking. We don’t bother with big websites or ads. We just open the shop in the morning and see who comes through the door. If you need a certain shade of silk, we probably have it somewhere in our stacks. It’s a quiet, honest business we have got here.
