Basix

Our office for Basix is tucked away in Banjara Hills. It’s a nice part of town, though the traffic getting here can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been working out of this space for a while and it feels like home now. The interior is pretty simple, with just some desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people find us because they know where we are or someone told them. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of administrative stuff and keeping track of details that others might miss. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the paperwork starts to pile up a bit. We aren't a big corporation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re filing papers, and the next you’re fixing the printer. We like the pace here. Banjara Hills has a lot of trees, and it’s nice to look out the window when things get stressful. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical setup and it serves us well for what we do. We usually close up around six and head home before the evening rush gets too bad. It is just a normal, small office environment.
