We are located over in the ECIL area. It’s a pretty well-known spot around here. This Hdfclife office isn't like those massive glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a practical space where we sit and talk to people who walk in. Most of our day is spent looking at documents and explaining things to folks from the neighborhood. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a quick break. We’ve been at this ECIL location for a bit now. It’s easy to find if you know the main landmarks around the place. People come in with all sorts of questions about their papers. We just try to answer them as best as we can. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be something we're not. No big speeches or fancy brochures. Just us at our desks doing our jobs. The office can get a bit noisy when it’s full of people. We don’t have a huge staff here. Just enough people to keep things moving along. Sometimes the printer acts up and we have to fix it ourselves. It's just a normal workplace. We see the same faces every month. That’s how it is working in a place like ECIL. We are just part of the local scenery now. It is what it is for us.
