Tata Aig Life

Our office for Tata Aig Life is over at No. 1-6-4/2/1 in Kamala Nagar, which is part of the Dilsukh Nagar area. It’s a standard office with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets along the walls. We spend most of our time looking at forms and helping people understand their paperwork when they come in. Kamala Nagar is a busy spot, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows during the day. People drop by to ask questions about their plans or to drop off documents for their files. We don't have a huge, sleek lobby; it’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and talk through things. Sometimes the computers are slow or we run out of printer ink at the wrong time, but we always manage to get through the work. Dilsukh Nagar is a place where everyone is always on the move. We try to keep things simple and just explain what needs to be done without any complicated talk. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well and help out when it’s busy. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards to keep things updated. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked up on the desks. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to the people who come to see us. We’ve been at this Kamala Nagar address for some time now and it feels like a regular part of the neighborhood.
