Our place is at C-3 in the Vaishnavi Buildings. It’s on Plot No.645, Road No.36 in Jubilee Hills. That’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. We go by the name Balurghat Leap Agri Logistics Privatelimited. Even though we are in a busy area like Jubilee Hills, the work we do is very much about the dirt and the trucks. Logistics is just a big word for making sure stuff gets from point A to point B. We focus on agricultural goods, which means we are always looking at weather reports and transport routes. Our office is usually full of people on phones trying to track down where a particular load is. It’s not a quiet environment. We don't have those polished speeches about changing the world. We just try to make sure the grain doesn't rot in a warehouse somewhere. We chose this location because it's central for meeting people, but our hearts are really out where the warehouses and trucks are. Sometimes the systems go down or a truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere, and we have to scramble. That’s just the nature of agri-logistics. We are just a team of people trying to keep the wheels turning. It’s repetitive and stressful at times, but it’s what we do. We keep things straightforward and don't try to hide behind corporate jargon. It's just honest work in a busy city.
