Bajaj Agri Genetics Private Limited is located over at Plot No 57 in the Ncl Colony. That is in the Petbasheerabad area, near Jeedimetla Village here in Hyderabad. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now. It is a quiet enough place to get things done without the middle-of-the-city noise. Dealing with agri genetics means a lot of technical details and keeping things organized. We are not a big flashy company with a huge glass building. We just have this place in the colony where we do our research and handle the business side of things. The office has what we need to keep the lights on and the work moving. Sometimes the weather gets hot and the fans just barely keep up, but we are used to it. We talk to farmers and suppliers all day long. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on how things are growing. Our team knows the local area well. We grew up around these parts and decided to stick around for work. It is not always easy keeping up with the changes in farming, but we try our best. We just focus on the seeds and making sure things are handled right. There is plenty of paperwork to go through every morning. We do not have any big speeches to give about it. It is just what we do to earn a living and help out where we can.
