B9 Architect

B9 Architect is over in Kavuri Hills Phase 3, which is part of the Banjara Hills side of town. Our office is at Plot No 98/3/89. We are quite close to the Jubilee Ridge Hotel, so that’s the easiest way to tell people how to find us. This area is always buzzing with new buildings and construction projects. We spend our time here working on designs and meeting with contractors. It’s a decent-sized space but we don’t go for anything too flashy. The focus is usually on the drafting tables and the computer screens where the plans come together. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad long enough to see how the skyline is changing. Sometimes we go out to the sites around Banjara Hills to see how the actual building is coming along. It’s a lot of back and forth. We have a small team here. We aren't a giant corporation, just some folks who like designing spaces that actually work for people. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-discussion about some structural detail or another. The neighborhood is good for this kind of work. It’s central and keeps us connected to the projects we’re handling. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing; we just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a steady pace, and we like the way things are going here in Kavuri Hills. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
