Avans Crop Genetics Llp sits right in the middle of Ayyappa Society, which is a pretty active part of Madhapur. Our spot is at Plot No. 243 on Street No. 13. Being near Hitech City means there is always something going on around us. We spend our time working on the crop genetics side of things, but the office itself is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet. It is a bit of a maze getting through these streets sometimes, but we like the neighborhood. The sun gets really bright here in Hyderabad, especially in the afternoons. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It is more about the desks, the computers, and making sure the genetics data is all in order. Sometimes we take breaks and just talk about the weather or the local news. It’s a quiet enough place once you step inside from the street. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or complicated goals, just the daily work of running a crop genetics business. The building is easy enough to find if you know the Society well. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home. Most days are just about checking the logs and making sure the samples are handled correctly.
