Out here on R.P. Road in Secunderabad, things stay pretty busy from morning to night. Our shop, Asian Fashion For Men & Wear, is tucked right into the mix of all these other businesses. It is a straight shot down the road, and most people around here know the area well. We handle mostly men’s clothes, trying to keep a good variety on the racks. The street outside is always noisy with horns and people rushing to work, but inside it is a bit quieter. We have been at this address for some time now. Some days are faster than others, depending on the weather or if there is a festival coming up. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the shelves stay full. If you are looking for something specific for a wedding or just daily wear, we usually have a few options to show. The shop is not huge, so we have to use the wall space quite a bit to hang things up. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit cramped, but we manage. We like being part of the local market here in Hyderabad. It feels good to see regular faces coming in after a few months to see what is new. We just keep things plain and simple. No big slogans or anything like that, just clothes and a place to try them on. It gets hot in the afternoons but we stay open for everyone.
