Architects - Vb Associates

We are Architects - Vb Associates, based near Lanco Hills in the Panchavati Layout. This is right in the Manikonda area of Hyderabad 500089. Manikonda has been growing so fast, and being near the Lanco Hills towers gives us a good view of all the change. Our day-to-day work is mostly about planning and supervising projects. We spend quite a bit of time at our desks in Panchavati Layout, but we also spend a lot of time out in the dust at various construction sites. It is a mix of technical office work and being out on the field. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans. Instead, we just know how to read a site and draw up what needs to be built. The traffic in Manikonda can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve learned to work around it. Our team is small, and we focus on getting the details right for the buildings we work on. We’ve seen many new houses go up around us in the layout. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood has filled in over the years. We just keep our focus on the plans and the bricks. There is no secret to what we do; it’s just hard work and keeping an eye on the progress. If you’re near the Lanco Hills area, you’ve likely seen the types of projects we are involved with.
