Anishka Crop Science Private Limited

We are based out of Kompally. The place is Plot No 14 in Aparna Plam Grows. It’s right across from Chandra Reddy Garden. Anishka Crop Science is the name on the door. We spend a lot of time thinking about crops and how to make them grow better. It’s not just about planting seeds. We look at the science part of it too, but in a way that works for regular farmers. We have been in Medchalmalkajgiri for a bit now. The lab work and the testing take up most of our hours. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. We get people coming by asking about fertilizers or soil health. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a small team in Rangareddi. Sometimes the experiments don't go like we thought they would. That’s just part of it. We keep trying. The office is usually a bit messy with soil samples and bags of stuff. We like it that way because it means we are actually working. It’s a long way from the city center but it’s where we need to be. We deal with local growers mostly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. Anishka is just us trying to help the local fields produce a bit more. We don't have fancy uniforms or corporate talk. We just wear our regular clothes and get our hands dirty when we have to. It's the only way to really know what the plants need.
