We run things out of Syed Fazal Abad, near Aafaz Zargar’s place. It’s a small food business we started to help get fresh stuff to people who need it. We don't have a massive warehouse or a fleet of trucks, just a few of us working together to find the best way to handle food logistics around here. It’s called Alzara Fresh Food Solutions, but don’t let the "solutions" part make you think we’re some corporate entity. We’re just trying to solve the basic problem of how to keep food fresh while it moves from one place to another. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like when a delivery is late or the weather ruins a batch of produce, but we just figure it out as we go. We aren't into marketing or trying to sound important. We just spend our days making phone calls, checking orders, and making sure the quality is okay. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the details. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the local roads and the local people. It’s a straightforward business that keeps us busy from morning till night. We just do our best to keep things moving and make sure the food doesn't sit around for too long. It is just us trying to make a living and providing something useful.
