You can find Meena Fashions over in Teynampet, specifically tucked away in the first lane of Miyapur Alwayn Colony. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like quite a bit. Being in a colony means we know most of the neighbors and people who walk by every day. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. There are racks of clothes lining the walls and a big table where we do most of the folding and checking. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning into the narrow lane, so we end up carrying boxes ourselves from the corner. It keeps us moving, I guess. We started this because we needed a place to work and Teynampet seemed like a good fit for us. It’s not a fancy boutique with bright lights and music. It’s more of a practical place where we get things done. We usually have a radio playing in the back while we work on the latest batches. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We just focus on the clothes and making sure things are ready when they need to be.
