We’re over in Kukatpally at the Allwyn Colony X Road area. The full address is a bit of a mouthful, but we’re located in the Sri Mukundha Nikethan building. We run a travel agency here. We’ve got some cars and buses that we rent out, and we also help people with planning their trips. It’s more of a family-style business, really. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time now. People in the neighborhood know us by name. We don’t do big fancy advertisements on TV or the radio. Most of our customers come back because they’ve used us before and liked the way we handle things. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps, old schedules, and folders. It’s not the most organized-looking place in the world, but we know where every single piece of paper is. Managing drivers and vehicle schedules is definitely the hardest part of the work. Sometimes a bus breaks down or a driver is late because of traffic, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how the transport business works. We try to be fair with our prices. We aren't trying to get rich quick, just making a steady living. Kukatpally is always crowded, so getting our vehicles in and out can be a real challenge. But we've lived here a long time, so we know all the shortcuts. We just try to be helpful and get the job done for every client.
