Akkus Herbal Beauty Clinic & Training Centre is over in Nallakunta at 2-1-84 on Vegitable Market Road. We are across from Blossom Apartment and right near the Old Ramalayam temple. If you find Moon Cafe Lane, you are basically there. It is a busy spot because of the market, so there is always the smell of fresh greens and the sound of vendors calling out to people. Our place is a bit different because we also teach people here, so it is half clinic and half classroom. We have tables set up for the students and separate areas for the herbal treatments. The shelves are full of jars and bottles with different leaves and powders we use. It is not a shiny, modern clinic; it feels more like a workshop or a home. The walls have some charts about herbs and skin, and there are always notebooks lying around from the students. We have a lot of plants near the entrance which we try to keep watered, though the Hyderabad heat makes it tough. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the market road, so we sweep it multiple times a day. People come to us because we have been in Nallakunta for a long time. It is a practical place where people learn a trade and others come for a bit of care. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the daily activity in the market.
