Our office for Ajay Architect & Interior Designers is located at 102 in the Sai Mitra Bargav Pinnacle. We are based in the P & T Colony area. It’s a decent neighborhood and the building is quite easy to spot once you get into the colony. Being on the 102 level means we are close to the ground, which makes it easy for us to nip out when we need to visit a site or grab something from the market. The office isn't anything like the corporate spaces you see on TV. It’s a bit messy, with rolls of blueprints in the corners and color swatches scattered across the tables. We like the atmosphere in P & T Colony; it’s got a good mix of homes and small businesses. Our day usually starts with a bit of a struggle to find a good parking spot, followed by hours of drawing and planning. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big marketing department. It’s just us doing the work in our space at Sai Mitra Bargav Pinnacle. The office feels lived-in because we spend so much time here. We don't worry about having the latest designer chairs or a perfect minimalist look. We just need a place where we can think and create. It’s a practical, hardworking environment for people who value the actual work over how the office looks to a stranger. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years now.
