Banjara Hills is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of traffic nearby. We deal with farms and plantations, which is quite different from the city life right outside our door. Sometimes it feels a bit strange sitting in a Khairatabad office talking about trees and soil, but that is how we manage things. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on keeping everything organized. It is a lot of coordination between different sites and making sure people have what they need. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who care about the land and want to see things grow properly. There is always a lot to do, and sometimes we fall behind on the small stuff, but the important work gets done. We don't really use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep the records straight. People come and go throughout the day, and it can get a bit hectic. We like the work though.
