Agtoso Cropscience Private Limited

This is Agtoso Cropscience and we are located in Jaya Nagar, Hyderabad. Our place is at 16-1-30/I/49 in the IPTS Phase II area. Being in a city like Hyderabad is a bit different from being right on the farm, but we are still very much tied to the land. We deal with the science side of crops, looking at what makes them grow better or stay healthy. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, it’s just about finding what works for the soil in this region. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have some equipment and we spend a lot of time looking at samples. The people who work here are mostly locals who have an interest in how food is grown. We aren't some giant chemical company with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team trying to provide something useful to the farmers who come to us. The 500059 area is where we do most of our daily tasks. It gets pretty busy with the traffic around Jaya Nagar, but we manage to get our work done. We talk to a lot of different people, from small-scale growers to bigger suppliers. We don't have any flashy brochures. We just explain what we have and how it might help with their particular crop issues. It's steady work that keeps us thinking.
