Adarsh Hair Salon

At Adarsh Hair Salon, we spend most of our time at the chairs in our shop in Hyderguda, Attapur. We are situated right next to the Janapriya Apartments, so we get a lot of people who live in those buildings coming in for their hair. It is a convenient spot for the locals. The shop is small and we keep things basic. We have the usual mirrors and the combs and the clippers. Most days are steady, with a mix of young kids and older men who have lived in Attapur for decades. We don't have any fancy music or big screens, just the sound of the scissors and sometimes the radio playing in the background. It is a local place where you can just sit down and get your hair done without any fuss. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty loud during rush hour, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our customers by their first names. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be like those expensive places in the city center. We just provide a place for a decent haircut near home. If you live in Janapriya or nearby, you've probably seen us many times. We are just here doing our job every day. It's not a complicated life, but it works for us and the people who visit.
