A A - Architects Atelier

You can find us at A A - Architects Atelier over in Abids. Our office is Suite 207 in the Pushp building, which is part of Block-B in the Ahuja Estate at 4-1-970. Abids is a really old and busy part of Hyderabad, and being here puts us right in the middle of all that history. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller group working out of this suite. There are usually drawings pinned to the walls and books about buildings scattered on the tables. It’s a working office, so it’s not always perfectly neat. We spend a lot of time talking about space and how to make things fit for the people who will use them. Sometimes we are out at sites, and other times we are just here drinking coffee and sketching. Being in the Ahuja Estate means we have plenty of neighbors and it’s a lively place to be. We don't go in for big sales pitches or fancy words. People usually come to us because they saw a building we worked on or a friend told them about us. We’ve been here long enough to know the local rhythms and how things get done. It can be a bit of a climb to get up to the second floor if the elevator is being moody, but we don't mind the exercise. It’s a solid place to work and we just focus on the architecture. No big fuss, just honest work.
