Pokarna Limited

Our setup for Pokarna Limited is over in KPHB, specifically inside the Panchavati Apartments. We are in unit 203, care of M Hari Babu. If you’ve ever been to KPHB, you know how hectic it can be with all the shops and people moving around constantly. But once you get inside the apartment complex, it feels much more like a regular home. We’ve turned a couple of the rooms into our main working area. It’s a bit tight when we have all the files out, but we make it work somehow. Living and working in an apartment building means we know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. Sometimes we run into people in the elevator and chat about the weather or the local traffic. It’s a very Hyderabad way of doing things. No corporate offices with glass walls or fancy espresso machines are found here. We just have a kettle and some basic desks we’ve had for years. The light in the afternoon is actually quite nice through the balcony windows. Most of our hours are spent just handling the daily tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. We don't feel the need to act like a big corporation because we aren’t one. We are just people doing our jobs in a space that feels comfortable.
